The KWSG aims to execute a comprehensive pipeline of infrastructure projects that:
i. Provide alternative and more effective means to deliver public goods i.e. social infrastructure in education, health, social services, recreation, etc.; and
ii. Encourage the proliferation of private sector activities in industries where there are identifiable and bankable profit-generating opportunities.
