- Establish free feeding program
- Establish School uniforms program
- Teacher training & development
- Also introduction digital literacy training and ensure standardised competencies in numeracy and literacy.
- At least one basic sports infrastructure to be available to all primary and secondary schools
- Student enumeration (for Education Portal)
- Junior & Senior Secondary Education:
- Renovation and construction to ensure Class size 30:1
- Teacher training and continuous professional development
- Educator (human resource) planning and posting
- Leadership/ mentorship training
- Libraries and computer centres to be built for each renovated and newly constructed senior sec school.
- Student enumeration (for Education Portal)
- Vocational Education:
- Establishment of a technical and vocational education training (TVET) system
- Provide scholarships, internships and job placement for deserving students
- Incubation facilities across the state
- Leverage impact investing through private, corporate, multinational and donor partnerships for KVTEDC’s sustainability

- Tertiary Education:
- Increase the number of colleges and disciples at Kwara state university starting with agriculture
- Fostering partnerships between Kwara state university and colleges and internationally
- Opportunities to support lecture development sabbaticals
- Collaborating with private sector to provide research and development centres e.g. Agric lab for soil, water and food testing
